Hello. My name is A.J. Palutis. I am a Pennsylvania workers’ compensation attorney.

I am often asked by clients as to whether or not anything that’s posted on Facebook, Twitter, or any other social networking site is admissible in court. The simple answer to that question is, yes, it is.

Anything that you would post on Facebook, whether it be in written form, or in the form of any photographs or video is open to public access and may be admissible in court.

If you have any further questions with respect to social networking and Pennsylvania workman’s compensation, please feel free to give me a call.
