Worker sustained orbital fracture and neck injury on construction site when co-worker dropped tool from above. Injury description expanded and amount of weekly benefits payments increased through award before Judge Clark and Judge Williamson in Harrisburg. Injured worker eventually settled wage loss portion of claim with Pennsylvania National Insurance. Medical claim remained open.
