“Seventeen years of excellent service. In November of 1995, while employed at Rite Aid distribution center, in Pennsylvania, I was severely injured because Rite Aid violated OSHA policies. After treatment at local hospital, and days into my recovery period, I was asked, “Who is your attorney?” I replied, ” I don’t have an attorney, I don’t need one, I am the injured party.” Well, let me tell you, that was not the case.
