I Would Like to Say Kudos to Ron & Associates

“I would like to say, Kudo’s, to Ron Calhoon & Kaminsky. Ron and his staff, truly took care of me and my family for 16 years. I worked at a steel mill for 25 yrs. Then on Dec. 4, 1999, while I was finishing bricking up one of the furnaces, I was coming out of the furnace and caught my safety shoe on the flap of the furnace. I instantly fell 15 feet into a charging box, landing on my head and back. I was diagnosed with a head injury and with a back injury. While I was a patient at Hershey Medical Center, the medical staff gave me a name of a great, powerhouse of a workman’s comp. lawyer. His name was Ron Calhoon. Our case was a very complex one, but Ron Calhoon was always right at our side for over 16 years. He never wavered, he fought for us “tooth and nail” the whole time. Ron Calhoon is the man you need on your side. If anyone is going through what we did, he is the lawyer for you. I can’t say enough about Ron and his staff, they are awesome. Thank-you Ron, for giving me my life back.”

An Injured Construction Worker Fights for Workers’ Comp

Best attorney for my workers’ compensation case.

While working, a thirty-thousand pound wall collapsed on me, breaking my back in three places. After my employer and their insurance company kept giving me “the run around”, a good friend gave me the name of a top and well-respected labor lawyer. Unfortunately for me, this attorney knew very little about Workers’ Compensation. After being forced back to work, I cut three fingers off from my dominate hand.

My “top” labor lawyer still had no grasp of my situation or Workers’ Compensation and placed me on a very painful and desperate path to a future no one should have to envision.

An acquaintance told me about a lawyer named Ron Calhoon. He described this attorney as a “PIT BULL” who does not play games, knows the law and only practices Workers’ Compensation Law.

I met with Ron and after 10 minutes, I hired him. It was the best decision I’d ever made. Within the next few weeks, petitions started to fly and I would finally have my day in court. Finally, someone had my back…I thank God for Ron and for Ron’s parents!!

My case was very complex and took a few years to complete. In all that time, and even today, Ron and his staff have worked both with me and for me. They gave me my voice. They gave me validation. They gave me justice. They showed me understanding, compassion, hope and a future. I will always be grateful to Ron.

You will like these people. They are the real deal. When I meet someone who has a work related injury, I tell them that they need THE BEST WORKERS’ COMPENSATION LAWYER IN PENNSLYVANIA….and that his name is Ron.

Sincerely, Tony, Chambersburg, PA

“The attorneys and staff at Calhoon and Kaminsky P.C., worked with me for over a year, in a case that was more for principle of right and wrong, in which many law firms would not even want to get involved in because of knowing the end result was going to be a very small recovery right from the start. Attorneys and staff with high principles like Calhoon and Kaminsky P.C., is hard to find in this day and age. I would highly recommend them to handle your workers’ compensation case.”

“This letter serves as a testimonial to the service I received from Thomas for representation in my workers’ compensation case. I could not get an attorney to take my case. I begged six other attorneys, none wanted to take my case. They said it was not a strong case. I was almost ready to give up when I called your office. He gave me hope that I had a good chance to win and I didn’t have to beg for help. He treated me with respect and said let me take care of workers’ compensation and not worry, I had enough to deal with and was not like the rest of the attorneys – only how much I could pay or how much they would make. He was not like the other ones. He said we can work that out a little later; he was not just in it for the money. He truly cared about me and me being covered for my injuries. I would have had to go without pain medicine. The medicine cost more than my income by hundreds of dollars and I needed my income to live on. Saying THANK YOU doesn’t seem like enough. He is a wonderful attorney and a credit to his profession.”
